Lynx L22는 오디오 레코딩/마스터링, 포스트-프로덕션, 방송국 등에서 사용하기 위한 프로페셔널 오디오 인터페이스 카드이다. Lynx TWO의 기술력을 바탕으로 하며, 굉장히 정밀하게 100kHz까지의 오디오 bandwidth를 캡쳐하고 제너레이트할 수 있다. 위상문제를 위한 서킷과 최신의 컨버터 기술을 가진 아날로그를 사용해서 L22는 117dB의 다이나믹 레인지를 가지며, 무엇보다 중요한 것은 noise-rejection 기술을 설계하여 현실적으로 컴퓨터 사이에서 움직이는 오디오 시그널을 보호하고 있다. Glitch-free 레코딩과 플레이백은 L22의 보드상의 큰 버퍼 사이즈와 정밀한 zero-wait 상의 DMA 엔진으로 보장되며, 더욱 이 기능은 시스템 레이턴시와 CPU 점유율을 낮추어 준다. 오디오 카드내에 있는 디지털 믹서는 어느 스튜디오나 워크스테이션의 조합에도 굉장한 유연성을 갖는다. 믹서의 16 아웃풋은 각각 16 인풋이나 정확한 32bit의 16플레이백 트랙으로부터 시그널을 믹싱할 수 있는 기능을 가지고 있다. Dither 알고리즘을 사용해서 낮은 레벨의 노이즈 및 인공적인 소리들을 8, 16, 20bit로 줄이는 동안 제거할 수 있다.
L22는 2개의 LStream™ 포트를 통해 I/O을 확장할 수 있다. 이 포트를 추가하면, 외부의 ADAT 또는 AES/EBU 디바이스로부터 16채널을 추가할 수 있으며, 다른 L22 또는 Lynx TWO와 데이터를 주고받거나 동기시킬 수 있다.
